Privacy Policy
Data we collect
We track anonymized interaction data—button clicks, feature triggers, and session length—to improve gameplay experience. No personal identifiers are stored unless voluntarily provided via contact forms. All analytics operate under strict EU GDPR guidelines with hashed IP addresses after 24 hours.
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies maintain your session state; performance cookies measure feature popularity. We use no cross-site trackers or ad-targeting pixels. Third-party tools like Google Analytics are configured to anonymize data before processing, with a 14-month automatic deletion cycle for all logs.
Third-party embeds
Demo play may load game assets directly from Spinomenal’s servers, subject to their privacy policy. We never embed social media widgets or ad networks. Any external content (like streamer videos) appears only with explicit player-activated controls.
Data retention
Support emails are purged after 18 months of inactivity. High scores and tournament records persist unless manually deleted via player request. Server backups—which may incidentally contain historical data—are rotated every 30 days with older versions securely erased.
Your rights
Request access to your data or its deletion via our contact form. While we don’t store personal gameplay histories, system-generated logs (like feature popularity) can’t be individuated for removal. Opt out of non-essential cookies via the banner upon first visit.
Security
All data transmissions use TLS 1.3 encryption. Our infrastructure undergoes quarterly penetration testing by independent auditors. Employees access analytics dashboards only via hardware security keys and mandatory VPNs.
Changes & contact
Policy updates appear here 14 days before taking effect, with major changes flagged via site notifications. For urgent data inquiries, our Malta-based compliance team responds within 72 hours to verified requests during business days.
